1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Pacific AI Group website (pacificaigroup.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Pacific AI Group provides AI automation consulting and implementation services for businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Pacific AI Group and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom work delivered under a signed SOW is subject to the IP terms defined in that agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reasonable access to relevant systems and data, and timely feedback as outlined in any service agreement. Delays caused by client responsiveness may affect project timelines.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during an engagement. Specific confidentiality terms will be defined in a mutual NDA or within the service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pacific AI Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Disclaimer
Our services and website content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from any AI implementation.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement as defined in the applicable SOW. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate website access for violations of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
